Description: Operational resilience is more than responding to disruption. It is about building an organization’s ability to anticipate risk, adapt to changing conditions, and continue delivering critical products and services when disruptions occur.
This session will explore why traditional business continuity and damage control alone are no longer enough in today’s complex and interconnected risk environment. Speakers will discuss the strategic value of operational resilience and how organizations can evolve their business continuity programs into a broader, risk-based resilience approach.
The discussion will also include a deeper look at scenario testing, why it matters, and how realistic disruption scenarios can help organizations identify vulnerabilities, challenge assumptions, validate recovery strategies, and strengthen decision-making before a real event occurs.
